What is your processing time after placing the order?
We usually ship the order the very next day you place the order. However, during rush hours we might take upto 48 hrs.
What courier do you use?
We’ve partnered with Blue Dart to ship your orders. All shipments are sent via Blue Dart Air Express. In cases where the delivery pincode is non-serviceable by Blue Dart, we ship through Delhivery Logistics
How much time will it take to receive my order?
Delivery typically takes 2–4 days for Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, and up to 6 days for other areas.
Whats your return policy?
We offer 7-day returns with no questions asked. You can initiate a return through our self-serve returns portal. A refund will be issued once the product is picked up, received at our warehouse, and verified to be undamaged with tags intact.
I paid via COD. How will you make the refund?
If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we’ll issue your refund via UPI or bank transfer. You can enter your preferred refund details securely during the return process on our portal.
Will the sideways carrier hurt by neck and shoulder?
Not at all. as long as you follow the instructions correctly and switch sides every now and then. Alternating helps balance the weight and keeps your neck and shoulders comfortable.
Does Snugs come with a warranty?
Yes, we provide warranties and replacements for products damaged on arrival and parts damaged within 1 year. However, warranty claims for regular wear and tear will not be considered.
